About the Role
Smadex is a leading advertising technology company, founded in Barcelona in 2010 and acquired by American-based Entravision (listed on NYSE: EVC) in 2018. We specialize in powering mobile and CTV campaigns for apps, games, and brands, leveraging advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver measurable results. As one of the fastest-growing DSPs, we’re expanding our talent globally to support our ambitious growth strategy.
We are seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe, based in London in a hybrid role.
Your Mission
The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for all clients and play a pivotal role in growing partnerships through daily engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring performance of mobile user acquisition (UA) campaigns
- Optimizing campaigns against clients’ KPIs and exceeding targets
- Identifying business development opportunities to expand portfolio growth
- Driving success through analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration

- Build and nurture strategic client relationships to drive long-term growth
- Identify and execute growth initiatives, setting and achieving portfolio expansion targets
- Empower decision-making with data-driven strategies and actionable insights
- Simplify complex data analysis for clear, client-focused communication
- Propose tailored product solutions aligned with clients’ business needs and lifecycle stage
- Lead client meetings and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment
- Represent Entravision & Smadex externally, championing our in-house mobile advertising platform
- Sell and promote our end-to-end mobile advertising solutions to industry stakeholders
Requirements & Skills
Essential
- 3+ years of experience managing mobile user acquisition (UA) campaigns in a programmatic environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to develop strong client relationships
- Strong analytical background with expertise in:
- Cohort analysis & customer acquisition metrics
- Key performance indicators: ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA
- Deep industry knowledge of:
- Mobile app ecosystem (actors, media-buying landscape, media sellers, digital suppliers)
- Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and their functionality
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Passionate about apps, digital media, and problem-solving with a positive, solution-driven mindset

Flexible Work Model
- Hybrid work arrangement:
- 3 days per week in our London co-working space
- 2 days working from home
- Possibility of occasional in-person visits to the Barcelona HQ for team-building or collaboration
