Senior Client Success Manager
Senior Client Success Manager – UK I&C Marketplaces Division
We are seeking a talented, ambitious and commercially minded individual with proven account management and consultative sales experience to take on a key role within the UK I&C marketplaces division.
Working alongside the Head of I&C, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing revenue across a portfolio of key industrial and commercial clients
- Supporting the acquisition of new clients onto ATG’s platforms
As a Senior Client Success Manager at ATG, your contributions will focus on:
- Driving retention, revenue growth and platform adoption across your portfolio
- Supporting new business generation by identifying and converting industrial and commercial auctioneers and asset sellers onto ATG’s marketplaces and technology solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise the value of ATG’s:
- Marketplaces
- Software
- Marketing solutions
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to operational teams and experienced in building strong relationships in a fast-paced technology or marketplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key industrial and commercial auction house clients
- Grow and retain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent revenue performance
- Achieve revenue targets through:
- Existing client growth
- New business generation
- Identify, engage and convert new industrial and commercial clients onto ATG’s platforms and solutions
- Spot and pursue:
- Upsell opportunities
- Cross-sell opportunities
- Increased platform utilisation
- Drive revenue by:
- Selling and promoting ATG’s digital marketing and marketplace products
- Ensuring year-on-year growth
- Promote and sell ATG’s flagship White Label software
- Collaborate with clients to:
- Develop long-term strategies aligned with their business objectives
- Analyse client performance and adoption data to:
- Identify growth opportunities
- Mitigate churn risk
- Lead initiatives including:
- Regular performance reviews
- Auction analysis
- Strategic proposals for clients
- Serve as the primary escalation point for key client issues, ensuring strong service delivery consistency
- Support the Head of I&C in:
- Strategic client meetings
- Presentations
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients, ensuring:
- Two-way communication of:
- ATG updates
- Insightful auctioneer data
- Two-way communication of:
- Advocate for clients:
- Internally by collaborating across:
- Sales
- Product
- Client Services
- Finance
- Internally by collaborating across:
- Share with clients:
- Industry insights
- Ecommerce best practices
- Product updates to drive business growth

- Proven experience in any of the following:

- Ability to build trusted client relationships and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated with:

- Drive for acquisition of new clients
- Passion for technology and its application in driving business growth
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events to meet key clients
