The Role
The Senior Client Success Manager – Programmatic plays a strategic role in driving Zeta’s high-value client and agency partnerships. This dynamic position ensures your assigned accounts consistently meet campaign performance goals while collaborating with the Client Success Director to expand account growth through targeted digital advertising programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep technical knowledge & advocacy: Rapidly master Zeta’s offerings, reporting frameworks, competitive advantages, resources, and operational processes, then communicate them persuasively to prospects and customers.
- Campaign execution & optimization:
- Launch and manage cross-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns in partnership with clients and internal teams.
- Drive connections between brands and consumers across all digital touchpoints.
- Client relationship & strategic meetings:
- Lead weekly client status meetings, covering campaign performance, optimization strategies, and actionable insights.
- Provide detailed breakdowns of campaign metrics and present suggested improvements.
- Strategic upselling:
- Collaborate with sales teams to recommend upsells or new service alignments when customer data and campaign performance align with business objectives.
- Analyses & presentations:
- Work with the analytics team to prepare and deliver impactful campaign reports and presentations.
- Spot trends, identify opportunities, and share projections in engaging formats.
- Exceptional customer experience:
- Ensure elevated customer satisfaction through every interaction, defined by clarity and responsiveness.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in programmatic advertising, with experience in:
- Account Management / Client Success
- Media Planning
- Hands-on expertise with leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), including:
- Campaign activation
- Performance optimization
- Return analysis
- Relationship-building abilities:
- Aptitude for developing partnerships across all decision-making levels of an organization.
- Advanced analytical skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling.
- Comfort interpreting large data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Industry passion:
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising trends and evolving standards.
- Strong familiarity with omnichannel marketing tactics.
- Communication:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex data and explain strategies articulate they.
- Work ethic & adaptability:
- Self-motivated initiative-driven individual who thrives independently but seeks guidance when needed.
- Technical proficiency:
- Full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with heavy use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Travel readiness:
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or conferences.
