The Role: Senior Client Success Manager – Programmatic
You’ll be the strategic driver of client and agency partnerships at Zeta, ensuring high-performance outcomes while collaborating to expand accounts across targeted digital advertising programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly acquire deep expertise: Master Zeta’s offerings, reporting solutions, competitive edge, resources, and processes—communicating them persuasively to prospects and customers.
- Drive campaign success: Launch and manage cross-channel programmatic advertising campaigns in partnership with clients and internal teams to enhance customer connections.
- Lead client engagements: Host weekly status meetings to review campaign reporting, optimizations, and actionable insights.
- Strategic growth collaboration: Partner with sales to deliver tailored upsell recommendations aligned with customer business needs when performance meets opportunities.
- Analytics & reporting: Develop high-impact reporting presentations (collaborating with analytics teams) to showcase campaign results.
- Customer excellence: Foster exceptional satisfaction at every customer interaction.
- Travel flexibility: Ability to travel as required for in-person engagements.

Desired Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency
- 3+ years specializing in programmatic advertising, with experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Media Planning.
- Expert hands-on experience activating, optimizing, and reporting campaigns on leading DSPs.
- Advanced Excel skills with fluency in data analysis and reporting.
Soft Skills & Abilities
- Relationship-building: Detail-oriented leadership to engage stakeholders across all decision-making levels.
- Digital media expertise: Thorough understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and the latest trends.
- Communication: Polished written and verbal skills—able to distill complexity clearly and effectively.
- Autonomy & collaboration: Self-motivated, with a receptive mindset to guidance while executing independently.
