ABOUT ANYA

Anya is an award-winning HealthTech start-up providing AI-powered 24/7 support across women's health journeys — fertility, pregnancy, parenting, menopause, and menstrual health. We are the UK's No.1 in pregnancy and parenting support, trusted by the NHS, and reaching a population of over 7 million people across 100+ countries, with over 30% of users from underserved communities.

With strong public sector foundations, we are rapidly expanding our B2B business into private sector markets — offering employers and insurers a cost-efficient, scalable, and equitable way to support women's health. We operate in the UK and Australia, with further international expansion planned into the US and Canada.

THE ROLE

As Anya continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded Senior Client Success & Partnerships Manager to drive the organisation’s Client Success function for both private sector and public sector contracts. This role is responsible not only for ensuring successful adoption and strong client outcomes, but also for identifying opportunities to expand account value through upsell, cross-sell, renewal growth and deeper strategic partnerships. The Senior Client Success & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-velocity team and for building and managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders to support both client success and revenue growth.

This successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills, the ability to communicate in a variety of ways with people across our client organisations and will have strong client success experience with private sector partners. This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely within the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead relationship development and management across a portfolio of clients, building trusted partnerships within HR/benefits teams and NHS/local authority.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and brokers, ensuring they can represent Anya well with their members.
  • Drive product adoption and high satisfaction with clients to a measurable impact.
  • Design, implement, and refine the playbooks for onboarding, renewals, upselling and QBRs to ensure a consistent, high-impact partner experience and growth.
  • Conduct roadshows, launches and workshops to ensure clients are getting that human touch.
  • Identify opportunities to increase account value by understanding client priorities, service gaps, usage patterns, and expansion potential.
  • Ongoing competitor analysis and landscape mapping.
  • Lead regular account reviews, using performance data, KPIs, uptake and usage insights, and impact evidence, demonstrate value and shape future opportunities.
  • Work with Sales to support renewal conversations by evidencing outcomes and managing risks early.
  • Spot opportunities for additional services, wider geographic rollout, new user groups, or deeper integration into local pathways.
  • Serve as our subject matter expert on the NHS landscape; guide the team in navigating integrated care systems and clinical pathways effectively.
  • Lead a high-performing team by example. Act as a hands-on mentor, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • Work in close partnerships with other teams to ensure effective campaigns and communications are reaching our clients and increasing user engagement.
  • Synthesise insights, analytics from clients and feed back to help our Product and Clinical teams rapidly improve our user experience and uptake, acting as an advocate for our clients internally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
