Senior Clinical Account Executive, London (hybrid)
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Account Executive to support the expansion and adoption of digital healthcare platforms across GP practices. This position will play a key role in engaging with primary care stakeholders and ensuring more practices successfully implement these platforms to optimise healthcare delivery.
The role will involve managing a geographic territory, driving new practice sign-ups, and guiding teams from initial demo through to successful go-live, while working closely with GP partners and practice managers. You will provide clinical credibility and operational guidance throughout the onboarding process, translating your understanding of NHS realities into strategic, commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and closing new practice opportunities within an assigned territory
- Building trusted relationships with clinicians, practice managers, and primary care teams
- Guiding practices smoothly through the transition from sign-up to platform go-live
- Understanding operational pain points and demonstrating how the products improve patient access
- Collaborating internally to improve sales, onboarding, and support strategies as they scale
- Meeting ambitious monthly targets for live practice adoptions and conversion rates

The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in General Practice, primary care operations, NHS transformation, or clinical leadership
- Deep understanding of NHS operational realities, triage workflows, and patient access challenges
- A highly competitive, target-driven mindset with a passion for commercial growth
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- The adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment
