Senior Clinical Account Executive

Senior Clinical Account Executive

Let’s make the NHS the most advanced healthcare system in the world šŸ’™

The world’s best healthcare, for free. It’s not a new idea—it’s called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works.

We love the NHS because it’s accessible to all, free at the point of delivery, and employs millions across the UK. But we’ve all seen the headlines: rising costs, GP strikes, budget uncertainty, and an ageing population—all contributing to longer wait times and lower-quality care.

The largest NHS cost (Ā£66bn+) revolves around staff, who spend vast amounts of time on repetitive administrative tasks. 35% of NHS staff are hired solely for clerical work. That’s where we’re making the difference by relentlessly automating those processes. Our success speaks for itself—our flagship product, Automated Registrations, is now used in 24% of GP practices across England. This gives us the platform to forge technological breakthroughs for every corner of the NHS.

šŸ„ The Role Behind the Mission Healthtech-1 is uniquely positioned as DDA Awards’ [Digital Solutions Provider of the Year (2024 & 2025)], supporting 26% of England’s GP practices and saving 184+ years of NHS staff time through our solutions. Our vision is crystal clear: unlock healthcare access by ensuring patients reach the right care, first time.

We’re hiring a Senior Clinical Account Executive to drive further adoption of our platform in GP practices. Ideal for GPs seeking impact beyond the consulting room, this role lets you shape the future of healthcare delivery while staying deeply connected to patient outcomes. You’ll join a proven, relationship-rich team known for innovation, scaling fast—and you’ll benefit from applying your unwavering NHS insight to a fast-paced, dynamic market.

  • Location: Stratford (East London); 4 days onsite & 1 WFH, with preference for 4+ office days. Anchor days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday.
    • Perks: Homemade breakfast and lunch provided every weekday when in office.

Why This Role Thrives Here

The best candidates exhibit profoundly deep understanding of:

  • The pressures faced daily by General Practice or the wider NHS.
  • Patient access challenges and their logistical jams.
  • Reception and triage workflows.
  • Realities of NHS operations.
  • Complexities of managing change within the NHS.

Your people power—clinical credibility and empathy—matters even above traditional sales expertise.

In This Role, You’ll Spend Your Time On: Competition. Scale. Support.

  • Speak directly with GP partners, Practice Managers, and their patient access teams to dissect their operational headaches.
  • Pinpoint తిపంఔZn pain points within a GP setting.
  • Clearly articulate how our platform solves key frustrations.
  • Extend welcomed support that boosts patient accessibility.
  • Guide practices from sign-up to a seamless go-live.

You’ll Define Your Own Success

Your patch ownership targets:

  • 15+ live practice launches per month.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
