Senior Clinical Case Manager
Senior Clinical Case Manager | Part-Time | £60,000–£65,000 pro-rata | Remote with Travel | London & South East
Castlefield is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Case Manager to lead and elevate a growing team of case managers. This permanent part-time role (3 days per week) offers remote working with travel across London and the South East for complex cases, team support, and regional development activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of case managers, ensuring high-quality clinical and operational performance.
- Workload Management
- Allocate, monitor, and optimise case management workloads to maintain efficiency and service standards.
- Quality Assurance
- Review case documentation, clinical decision-making, timelines, and compliance to ensure consistent excellence.
- Business Development (BD) Support
- Support BD activity across the South East, building relationships with referrers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Complex Case Support
- Attend in-person visits for complex cases, assessments, and team coaching.

About You
- Proven expertise as a clinical case manager in a medico-legal setting (senior level preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a supportive, coaching-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and quality-assurance capability.
- Confident communicator with stellar relationship-building skills for BD activity.
- Comfortable with regional travel across London and the South East.
