Whether you're an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator ready to step into a senior role, or an established Senior Clinical Research Coordinator looking for your next challenge, this is an exciting opportunity to join GenesisCare UK and play a key role in expanding our growing clinical research programme in Leeds.

As part of our dedicated Research team, you'll be instrumental in delivering innovative clinical trials that provide patients with access to the latest cancer treatments and therapies. Working alongside world-class clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, you'll help ensure our research programme continues to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of quality, governance and compliance.

Role Overview

As a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at GenesisCare, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of clinical trials within the Leeds centre, working closely with the Head of Research to optimise processes, improve recruitment, and ensure studies are conducted in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of oncology research studies while supporting the development of research services across GenesisCare.

What You'll Bring

  • An undergraduate degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related discipline
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Associate with extensive site management experience
  • A background in oncology, nursing or clinical research
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), UK research regulations and clinical trial governance
  • Experience managing multiple clinical trials, timelines and study budgets
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently while supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
  • A proactive approach with a passion for improving patient access to innovative cancer treatments
