Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.
What The Role Entails
- Technical Consulting & Enablement: Provide professional services, including business technology consultation, cloud solution training, and technical enablement to support Tencent Cloud’s international business growth.
- Solution Design & Migration: Collaborate with international architects and partners to design architecture on the Tencent Cloud platform. Guide customers and partners through system migration to the cloud, offering expertise in application and data migration, and supporting the development of applications and services on our platform.
- Pre-sales & Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional resources from product, service, and operations teams to provide robust pre-sales technical support for key partner projects and strategic opportunities.
- Ecosystem & Knowledge Development: Participate in building and structuring Tencent Cloud’s global technology partner ecosystem. Contribute by summarizing and documenting technical solutions and industry-specific use cases.

Who We Look For
- Education & Core Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in public or private cloud environments, and a solid understanding of technologies and solutions from major cloud providers.
- Technical Breadth: Professional experience in at least two of the following domains: Software Development (proficient in Java, Python, or similar), System Operations & Maintenance, System Integration, Solution Design, Technical Consulting, Enterprise IT Systems & Architecture Management, Big Data, or AI.
- Communication & Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with customer stakeholders at all levels—from business leaders and technical decision-makers to front-line engineers.
- Mindset & Approach: A strong customer-centric mindset, a rigorous and detail-oriented work ethic, and a deep sense of responsibility. You are a proven self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive attitude.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in a major European language (e.g., Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) and/or Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
