Senior Cloud Platform Engineer
# Infrastructure Operations Engineer / Cloud Platform Engineer Remote (UK) | c.£80,000 + EMI Equity
Own the platform. Build for scale.
We’re working with an ambitious AI software business that’s scaling rapidly after significant customer growth and investment. They need an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to take ownership of a cloud platform already supporting enterprise clients, while preparing it for the next stage of expansion.
This is a hands-on role, where you’ll collaborate closely with founders, taking responsibility for:
- Security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure
- Cloud architecture and networking within a modern environment

Key Requirements
- Experience owning production cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong background in cloud architecture & networking
- Security-first engineering mindset
- Hands-on experience with containerisation & orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Ability to build reliable, scalable platforms
Bonus (but not mandatory):
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, pharma, financial services)
