Hybrid UK Hubs - Birmingham, Leeds, London and Various Branches If you are currently looking for your next move within HSBC this role might be for you. We are recruiting for a Senior Colleague Enablement Manager. This role owns and leads the Colleague Skills, Capabilities and Professional Development strategy across Customer Channels, translating strategic priorities into a clear, actionable skills plan. Leading the end-to-end design, governance and delivery of the Capability Framework and Academy Pathway Programmes. In this role you will: Own & Lead the Colleague Skills, Capabilities and Professional Development strategy for Customer Channels Deliver clear and actionable skills plan across Customer Channels Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of the Capability Framework Manage Emerging Talent activity, including coordinating placement requirements and submissions. Own the ongoing governance and evolution of the Academy Pathway Programmes, including stakeholder sign-off and supporting external communications to strengthen internal career pathway visibility. Plan and deliver key talent events and programme milestones, ensuring appropriate representation and seamless logistics. Design, communicate and launch specialist pathways and support wider talent programmes (e.g., CC Talent, apprenticeships) through effective relationship management with central teams. Proactively works across Channels with Customer Channels Managers and Coordinators to remain connected and aligned on priorities. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Proven personal financial services and banking experience or equivalent, and proven track record with managerial and leadership experience. A track record of understanding strategy and aligning priorities with this to improve business effectiveness in sustainable ways. A track record of leading a culture of development and coaching ideally in Pathways Strong experience in coordinating or running projects Training can be provided in certain areas of this role.
