The Role
- Manage end-to-end advertiser relationships, overseeing campaign strategy, execution, performance analysis, forecasting, and commercial delivery
- Identify opportunities to grow multi £m accounts through strategic development, campaign optimization, and data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Technology, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and exceed advertiser objectives
- Lead key Client Success initiatives, driving operational improvements

- Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts within AdTech, Martech, or Agency environments, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen, handling pricing discussions, fee negotiations, and ROI-focused conversations
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into compelling client recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
