Senior Commercial Account Representative
Coventry (Hybrid) - Up to £35,000 DOE

With a strong focus on innovation, environmental responsibility, and customer partnership, the business continues to invest in technology, people, and process excellence to drive growth and deliver outstanding service across its network.
This is a senior customer-facing position responsible for managing a portfolio of key business accounts while supporting the day-to-day coordination of the wider commercial services function. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, resolving complex issues, monitoring commercial performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with excellent relationship management and analytical skills. Alongside managing customer accounts, you will act as a senior point of contact for escalations, support team performance, and contribute to maintaining high service standards across the commercial operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer lifecycle
- Oversee customer onboarding, account performance, reporting, and contract compliance, whilst resolving complex customer queries and non-conformances
- Analyse and process customer data, monitor account performance, and deliver accurate reporting to support operational and commercial objectives
- Support invoicing, credit control, debt resolution, and contract administration activities to ensure commercial accuracy and compliance
- Identify opportunities for service improvements, process enhancements, and increased customer satisfaction
- Provide support and guidance to the wider team, acting as an escalation point, monitoring service levels, and contributing to team development and performance

What we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in a B2B account manager/ head office customer service role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting contracts, invoicing, credit control, and customer account management activities
- Organised and proactive attitude, able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP/ CRM systems
