A global technology business is looking for an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join its collaborative legal team. Working across international markets, the business partners with leading clients on complex technology projects and offers a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
The role:
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you'll lead the negotiation of complex technology and commercial contracts while partnering closely with Sales and Finance to support strategic business objectives and manage legal risk.

Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs and SaaS contracts.
- Advise senior stakeholders on commercial and legal risk.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to support business growth.
- Improve contracting processes through playbooks and legal technology.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with around 6–10 years' PQE.
- Strong commercial and technology contracts experience.
- Previous in-house experience within a fast-paced commercial or technology environment.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
