About Us
Five years ago, we didn't enter the collagen category, we helped create it.
Revive Collagen pioneered the premium single-serve, ready-to-drink collagen category, changing consumer perception and helping establish collagen as a mainstream wellness product. Today, we've sold over 30 million units, one box is sold every 30 seconds, our products are available in more than 10,000 retail doors globally, and we've become one of the UK's leading collagen brands.
Now we're ready to do it all again.
We're entering the Ready to Drink beverage market with one ambition: to build the world's leading collagen RTD brand.
This isn't a business looking for someone to maintain an existing portfolio. This is an opportunity to create something category-defining from the ground up, backed by an established global brand with proven retail relationships, marketing investment and the ambition to move fast.
The Role
We're looking for an exceptional senior commercial leader who has spent their career building winning drinks brands. You've successfully launched products, scaled brands, secured major retail listings and understand every stage of taking an idea from concept to national distribution.
You'll own the commercial strategy, shape our go-to-market plans, lead retailer negotiations, develop strategic partnerships and play a pivotal role in building what we believe can become one of the most exciting functional beverage brands in the world.
You'll be equally comfortable presenting to major retailers, negotiating commercial agreements, working alongside product development, influencing brand strategy and rolling up your sleeves to solve problems as they arise. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial business and enjoys building rather than maintaining.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the commercial strategy for the launch and growth of our Ready to Drink beverage portfolio across the UK and international markets
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, identifying priority channels, customers, and commercial opportunities
- Secure listings with major grocery, pharmacy, convenience, and specialist retail partners
- Build and maintain senior relationships with retailers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver sustainable long-term growth
- Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and execution
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities to shape future innovation
- Build commercial forecasts, sales plans, and retailer activation strategies
- Represent the business at key industry events, customer meetings, and commercial presentations
- Help establish Revive Collagen as the global leader in collagen Ready to Drink beverages
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven success in launching and scaling Ready to Drink or FMCG beverage brands within the UK and ideally internationally
- Extensive experience securing and growing major retail accounts across grocery, pharmacy, and convenience
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of delivering profitable growth
- Deep understanding of the UK drinks market, route to market, and category dynamics
- An established network of senior retail buyers, distributors, and industry contacts
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into commercial execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, founder-led environment
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on as part of a growing business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for building brands, challenging convention, and creating category-leading products
