We’re partnering with a market-leading organisation to appoint into a pivotal leadership role that goes far beyond traditional finance. As our Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering directly with senior leadership to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and turn insights into impactful action.
You’ll lead finance across a large operational footprint, challenging performance, unlocking opportunities, and shaping commercial decisions that deliver measurable results.

What you’ll be doing
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders and influence key commercial decisions
- Drive sales, margin, EBITDA, and cash performance across a complex multi-site operation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Translate financial insights into clear commercial actions
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement
- Build strong relationships across a matrix environment and create accountability for results
What we’re looking for
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven finance leadership experience within a multi-site, operationally intensive environment
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
