What you’ll be doing
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders and influence key commercial decisions
- Drive sales, margin, EBITDA, and cash performance across a complex multi-site operation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Translate financial insights into clear commercial actions
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement
- Build strong relationships across a matrix environment and create accountability for results
What we’re looking for
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven finance leadership experience within a multi-site, operationally intensive environment
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
