Senior Commercial Finance Manager (12 month FTC) - up to £65k
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join the finance team at an exciting time for Côte. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a high-impact role, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to drive performance, profitability and informed decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will own financial performance analysis at both site and estate level, translating data into clear actions that improve revenue and margin. You will work closely with leaders across the business, helping them understand performance drivers and supporting informed commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a partner to Operations and central teams, supporting commercial decision making.
- Helping to integrate brands and generate efficiencies across the Karali Group.
- Lead weekly and monthly trading reviews analysing sales and margin performance across sites.
- Identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
- Lead longer-term planning and scenario modelling including new site openings, refurbishments and menu initiatives.
- Provide financial insight on menu performance, pricing, promotions and initiatives.
- Support and develop a direct report
- Develop and improve reporting packs, dashboards and KPIs to support effective decision making
- Build strong relationships with leaders across the business and confidently challenge where needed

About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong commercial finance or finance business partnering experience.
- Ideally experience within hospitality, retail or another multi-site consumer business.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and recommendations.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

The role is designed for an interim who enjoys making an immediate impact, partnering with senior leaders on live commercial decisions, and working in a hands-on, commercially focused environment where insight and challenge are valued.
