Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Senior Commercial Finance Manager – Retail

Introduction

Consumer Additions are partnering with one of the most iconic retail brands in London to recruit a Senior Commercial Finance Manager. With ambitious sales targets over the next 12 months, this role requires a strong business partner with knowledge of the retail space to lead the function through growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead responsibility for the entire Profit & Loss (P&L), focusing on driving top-line growth
  • Manage direct reports within the finance team
  • Act as a business partner for Buying, Merchandising, and Trading, driving operational and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain key business relationships with major stakeholders
  • Analyse financial data to optimise sales and margin growth

Requirements

  • A qualified accountant with demonstrable business partnering experience within the retail sector
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
  • A fast-paced, analytical mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and trends
  • Prior management experience is highly advantageous
