Senior Commercial Knowledge Managers

Legal Intelligence & Knowledge Team

London / Remote Hybrid | Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you a talented commercial lawyer looking for a new challenge beyond fee-earning?

A leading legal intelligence and knowledge platform is expanding its specialist Knowledge Team and seeking experienced lawyers to help build and shape a market-leading commercial law service.

This is a unique opportunity to remain at the forefront of legal developments while enjoying greater flexibility, variety, and work-life balance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality legal analysis and practical guidance
  • Developing new content across commercial law topics, precedents, legislation, and legal developments
  • Collaborating with expert barristers, knowledge lawyers, editors, and external specialists
  • Monitoring legal and market developments and translating them into valuable insights for subscribers
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of an innovative legal intelligence product

What we're looking for:

  • ✔ Qualified lawyer with 7+ years' PQE
  • ✔ Strong experience in either:
    • Commercial litigation and/or international arbitration (private practice or chambers), or
    • Non-contentious commercial transactions within a top-tier law firm
  • ✔ Exceptional legal drafting and analytical skills
  • ✔ A genuine interest in legal knowledge, thought leadership, and communicating complex legal issues clearly
  • ✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a high-performing team
