Commercial Director – Major Landmark Development | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
WE ARE LOOKING FOR UK BASED COMMERCIAL CANDIDATES FOR SAUDI
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a high-profile major development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional with experience delivering complex, large-scale projects for a recognised Tier 1 contractor. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial strategy, procurement activities, and package delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years’ experience within a senior commercial role
- Previous experience working for a major, well-known main contractor
- Strong expertise across procurement and commercial package delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex packages from procurement through to completion
- Experience overseeing large-scale, high-value construction projects
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
