Have you got experience working in the laundry or household cleaning category? And have you worked with UK discounters or European retailers & distributors? If so, then I would love to hear from you!

I’m partnering with a high-growth, UK brand to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to accelerate their European and UK expansion.

This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable SME on a sustained high YoY growth trajectory, already trading internationally. With strong UK retail partnerships secured and major US listings launching, Europe and the USA represents the next major growth level.

The business operates within the laundry/cleaning category, built around a genuinely unique product with a powerful category story and brand positioning. It’s a brand that blends science-led innovation with a fun, highly engaging consumer presence, and when buyers see it, it sells.

The Opportunity

Europe is the strategic priority: The brand already works with distributors across multiple territories and has secured early-stage conversations with major European retailers including Carrefour, Rossman, Lidl, and Aldi. In the UK, they already have major listings with the Discounters and Grocers, but will need someone to focus on those partnerships too.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
