Senior Commercial Manager – Food Manufacturing

Northern England, 2 days per week
Up to £85,000 basic & bonus etc.

We are a fast-growing, Northern-based food business supplying high-quality chilled and prepared food solutions to some of the UK’s leading retailers, manufacturers, foodservice operators, and meal kit providers.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Manager to join our team and drive strategic customer partnerships across key accounts including businesses such as Cranswick, 2 Sisters Food Group, Young’s Seafood, Hilton Foods, Seachill, HelloFresh, Gousto, and other major UK food operators.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of developing and growing commercial relationships across existing and new business accounts. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the pace and demands of the UK food manufacturing sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
