Looking for a commercial leadership role where you can make a real impact?

We're partnering with one of the UK's leading food manufacturers, supplying high-quality own label products across fresh, chilled, frozen, and convenience categories to many of the UK's biggest retailers.

While this is an own label role, the business has an excellent track record of hiring high-performing commercial talent from branded FMCG businesses. Many of their most successful leaders have made that transition, bringing fresh thinking, strong customer relationships, and commercial expertise that have helped drive the business forward.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of one of their most strategically important retail partnerships - Morrisons - within a business that combines the pace of manufacturing with genuine commercial influence.

The Opportunity

You'll have full ownership of the Morrisons account, leading the commercial strategy and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

You'll own the customer P&L, lead Joint Business Planning, and work collaboratively with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver commercially successful plans.

This is far more than account management. It's an opportunity to influence strategy, shape customer partnerships, and play a key role in developing the wider commercial team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We're looking for an experienced commercial leader who enjoys building customer partnerships and delivering profitable growth.
