Senior Commercial Manager
Location: Head Office, Birmingham
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Hybrid working in the office 3 days per week

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our high-performing Aldi team and play a pivotal role in leading one of our most strategic customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take ownership of the added value categories while supporting the wider Aldi account across key commercial activity.
You'll be a key leader within the team - managing customer relationships, driving commercial performance, leading negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects and categories.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key customer relationships within the Aldi account, building trusted partnerships that support long-term growth and performance
- Take ownership of the added value categories, ensuring strong commercial delivery and operational alignment across all activity
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage conversations, with a focus on driving improvement
- Oversee and drive key projects from concept through to launch, ensuring timelines, critical paths, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed
- Support the Business Unit Director across the wider Aldi account when required
- Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and category growth initiatives
About You
You're an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven ability to manage customer relationships at pace. You bring excellent commercial acumen, confidence in leading negotiations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Key Skills
- Proven experience in a similar commercial or category role within food manufacturing
- Strong experience managing and leading customer relationships
- Demonstrable examples of leading commercial negotiations and driving positive outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and category performance
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple priorities successfully
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
