Sizewell C is one of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects—a next-of-a-kind nuclear power station that will deliver clean, reliable energy for generations. Following our Final Investment Decision, construction is fully greenlit. This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering a nationally significant project that will support Britain's energy security and Net Zero ambitions.

We’re looking for a seasoned commercial professional with extensive experience delivering major programmes, ideally within heavy civils or large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects valued between £10m and £100m+. You’ll bring a deep understanding of construction technology, cost drivers, and supply chain management, combined with strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts—particularly in contract management and administration. Your ability to draft position papers, author change events, evaluate complex quotations, and produce clear commercial reports will set you apart.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
