Description
Job Title: Senior Commercial Opportunities Manager
Reporting To: Head of Global Services Delivery
Location: Philippines
Work Type: Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday 1pm-10pm
Role Overview
The Senior Commercial Opportunities Manager plays a key role in protecting and growing Zevo's existing customer base by owning the commercial processes that underpin successful contract renewals and expansions. The role ensures customer engagements are proactively managed from renewal planning and commercial review through to proposal development, contracting, implementation, and handover, helping to maximize customer retention and long-term revenue growth.
Working closely with the leadership, the successful candidate will also lead Zevo's commercial operating rhythm. They will coordinate strategic commercial opportunities, including renewals, expansions, and new business, ensuring commercial risks are identified early, proposals and pricing are developed to a consistently high standard, contracts are effectively managed, and cross-functional teams remain aligned to deliver outstanding customer experience.
This is not a quota-carrying sales role. Instead, it is a commercially focused operations role responsible for bringing structure, governance, and commercial discipline to the customer lifecycle, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic customer relationships while ensuring opportunities are executed professionally and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Renewals
- Lead Zevo's commercial renewal process, acting as the primary commercial contact for existing customers throughout the renewal lifecycle.
- Build trusted customer relationships, lead commercial discussions and negotiations, and work with internal stakeholders to maximize customer retention, expansion opportunities, and long-term revenue growth.
- Own the planning, execution, and successful delivery of customer renewals and commercial account reviews.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, leading commercial discussions, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations independently, while partnering with the CEO and SLT on strategic accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and increase the value of Zevo's services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop commercially robust, operationally deliverable renewal and expansion proposals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
