Leadership Role: Chief Data Officer (Strategic Growth & Customer Success)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact customer projects, ensuring our software delivers measurable strategic value
- Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover business insights and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to jointly solve our customers' most strategic challenges
- Drive strategic initiatives by translating data trends into structured, actionable recommendations
- Present data findings in an engaging and understandable way to customer executives
Requirements
✅ 2+ years of consulting experience at a leading strategy consultancy firm ✅ Sound understanding and experience of B2B marketing, sales, and digital transformation ✅ Highly effective communication skills across all stakeholder levels (executives to frontline teams) ✅ A strong collaborative mindset—hands-on team player with a talent for mentoring others ✅ Excellent analytical skills with a track record of deriving impactful insights from complex data ✅ Driven, reliable, and dependable with an exemplary work ethic and high integrity ✅ Fluent in English and German

🔹 Relevant B2B business experience in a commercial role, ideally with P&L, people leadership, or operational responsibility
