Senior Commercial Product Owner

Woking based with Hybrid working model.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Product Owner to join our Group Sales team at Nomad Foods.

This is a pivotal role focused on maximising the value of our CRM platform following a major global transformation programme. As we move from deployment into business-as-usual operations, you'll play a key role in shaping the future roadmap, driving adoption, delivering innovation and ensuring we continue to unlock value from our commercial technology investments.

Working closely with commercial and technology stakeholders across the organisation, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness, improve customer engagement and leverage emerging technologies to support our commercial ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and developing the CRM product roadmap to drive continuous business value
  • Partnering with commercial teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and capability enhancement
  • Driving adoption, optimisation and ongoing development of CRM functionality
  • Delivering innovative solutions to improve sales force effectiveness and efficiency
  • Exploring new technologies and capabilities, including image recognition and enhanced retail execution insights
  • Ensuring the CRM platform becomes the central hub for customer engagement and commercial intelligence
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Category, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence and Technology functions
  • Leading the prioritisation and delivery of enhancements that support business growth and strategic objectives

What We're Looking For

You are a commercially minded Product Owner who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology and data. You have a passion for driving adoption, enhancing user experience and delivering measurable business value through technology-enabled solutions.

You are highly collaborative, comfortable influencing stakeholders at multiple levels and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where continuous improvement is key.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience as a Product Owner, CRM Lead, Commercial Systems Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and commercial business processes
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement and user adoption
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams
  • Experience within FMCG, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or Commercial Analytics environments would be advantageous
