Senior Commercial Property Manager

Shrewsbury

An excellent opportunity for an experienced, Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established, forward-thinking business, managing a high-quality mixed commercial portfolio.

The Role

You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, ensuring assets are compliant, well maintained, and delivering strong performance. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, you’ll provide both day-to-day management and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client and tenant relationships
  • Manage service charge budgets and rent collection/arrears
  • Carry out property inspections
  • Oversee maintenance and contractor management
  • Enforce lease covenants and manage lease events
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire regulations
  • Handle rent reviews and lease renewals

About You

  • Proven commercial property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance
  • Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
  • Good IT skills; RICS (or similar) desirable
