Senior Commercial Solicitor

Remote (UK-based) | Full-time

We're looking for a senior solicitor who's confident in their judgment, curious by nature, and believes in alternative legal services.

At Lawyerly, we've moved away from billable hours and hidden fees, offering small and medium-sized businesses clear, fixed-fee subscriptions instead. Our clients see us as their in-house legal team, on hand when they need us and proactive when it matters. They rely on us for professional advice, practical thinking, and being a trusted partner they can grow with.

This is a fully remote role for someone based in the UK. You'll work independently but closely connected to a small, focused team. You'll take the lead on client matters, help shape how the firm runs day to day, and play a part in how legal services are delivered in a smarter, more human way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
