About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst to join our Commercial FP&A team. This isn't a traditional "back-office" finance role. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical data execution. You’ll be responsible for translating complex unit economics into growth levers, leveraging modern tooling and AI to automate the mundane and focus on the "why."
Responsibilities
Commercial Performance Engine
- Partner with brand leads to interrogate daily performance.
- Go beyond mere CAC reporting; analyze marginal return on spend across multi-channel funnels.
Advanced Financial Architecture
- Maintain and scale complex, driver-based financial models.
- Bridge the gap between high-level P&L targets and granular operational data.
AI-Driven Efficiency
- Integrate AI and automation (e.g., LLM-assisted data cleaning, Python scripts, advanced ChatGPT workflows) to accelerate reporting cycles and predictive forecasting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
