Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor
Great opportunity to join a growing established property consultancy. The Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking commercial valuations, allocated a region.
We are keen to speak with experienced Commercial Valuation Surveyors who are looking for a home-based role/ hybrid role.
You Will Be Responsible For
Undertaking a wide range of commercial valuations across commercial asset classes. Carrying out property inspections. Managing instructions from initial quote through to final report delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Producing Red Book valuations for a variety of purposes (including lending, loan security, asset management, and acquisitions). Analysing market data and evidence to support valuation conclusions.

To Be Considered You WILL
Be MRICS/ FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer. Have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial valuation. Demonstrate strong knowledge of your local market and valuation methodologies. Be able to manage your own workload independently while maintaining high standards. Have strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills. Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel regionally.
