Lead Commissioning Managers
Electrical | Mechanical | BMS
Hyperscale Data Centre Projects | UK & Europe
Lead the delivery of Europe's most complex data centre projects.
Here at Global Commissioning, we have a number of projects in West London, Milan, Frankfurt, Berlin, Helsinki, Paris and Amsterdam which require Senior Commissioning Managers with solid team leadership expertise.
Have you built your career in delivering mission-critical commissioning projects and feel you are not getting the recognition or the career development you deserve, or perhaps you are jumping from project to project and not able to make your mark on any particular project? This isn't just another Lead Commissioning role.
You'll take ownership of major hyperscale projects, leading multidisciplinary commissioning teams from pre-planning through to Integrated Systems Testing (IST), client handover and operational readiness.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Commissioning Engineers and Commissioning Managers across multiple workstreams
- Driving Levels 2-5 commissioning programmes
- Managing commissioning strategy, planning and execution
- Working directly with hyperscale clients, contractors and project stakeholders
- Leading Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely on programme and to the highest technical standards
- Mentoring and developing commissioning teams
We're Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Commissioning
- Mechanical Commissioning
- BMS Commissioning
Along with:
- Proven experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centres
- Experience leading commissioning teams
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Excellent understanding of commissioning processes from design review through to handover
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across large-scale programmes
