Overview

We are on a mission to ensure everyone has access to medical expertise, no matter where they are.

Half the world still lacks access to quality healthcare. Even in advanced systems, outcomes are uneven, and clinicians are overwhelmed. Medical knowledge grows faster than human capacity can keep up.

Corti exists to close that gap. Our AI platform expands access to medical expertise, reducing errors, restoring time to clinicians, and making care more affordable, accessible, and human again.

There is no quality healthcare without a quality dialogue, and no reliable AI without a strong foundation. Help us build both.

Why Corti?

Corti is the frontier lab for clinical-grade AI. We build world-leading models and infrastructure that power healthcare's most ambitious software - from EHR vendors and virtual care platforms to the health systems that care depends on. Today, Corti serves over 100 million patients annually, including the NHS.

Our flagship model, Symphony, is trained and validated on real clinical data from real patient interactions, and powers the clinical and administrative work that healthcare runs on.

We power the builders who are redefining how healthcare works, from startups creating new patient experiences to enterprises modernizing the systems that care depends on.

If you believe that AI purpose-built for medicine will define the next century of healthcare, you belong at Corti.

The Role

As Senior Communications Manager, you'll work directly with the VP of Brand & Communications to bring Corti's narrative strategy to life across markets, channels, and formats.

This isn't a traditional PR role. Yes, you'll manage agency relationships and drive media coverage. But you'll also be a creative partner: brainstorming campaign ideas, building assets, working with data to find unexpected angles, and helping us do things that make people pay attention.

We have a clear strategic framework and a network of agencies across key markets. What we need is someone who can operate across all of it - turning proof points into compelling stories, lifting launches beyond the basics, and making our agencies more impactful by equipping them with outstanding content and infectiously good ideas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Corti has four strategic pillars. Every product development, research output, and customer win is a proof point for one of them. Your job is to work with internal stakeholders to surface those proof points through earned media in the markets we need to reach - primarily Germany, France, and the UK. You’ll do this by working with our agency network and directly with journalists.

You'll also be the face of communications to our commercial team - the person they come to when a customer win, partnership, or deployment deserves a story. Building that trust and rhythm is central to the role.

This role is ideal for someone who's done the traditional communications work and is ready for more creative latitude. You'll have real ownership, direct exposure to how narrative strategy gets built, and the chance to shape how a scaling healthcare AI company shows up in the world.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead our strategy and execution in Germany and France, contribute meaningfully to healthcare titles in the UK, and manage the agency relationships that support these markets. You'll localize narratives, co-create plans with agencies, and set a clear creative bar for the work they deliver.
  • Own partner and customer comms - work closely with commercial and partnership teams to turn customer wins, deployments, and partnerships into compelling proof points across markets.
  • Work across Corti's four strategic pillars to develop and execute comms that make each one tangible - through customer stories, campaign ideas, media angles, and creative assets.
  • Brainstorm and build - we want someone who can come up with a creative campaign concept in a meeting, then actually help make it happen (whether that's a data visualization, a launch asset, or a weird idea that lands).
  • Support product launches end to end - helping build the comms layer that makes market-defining moments land.
  • Build media relationships across tech, healthcare, and business press in key markets.

What you bring

  • A proven track record in PR or comms at the manager or senior manager level, with a mix of agency and in-house experience in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Experience running media relations in European markets - Germany and France ideal. You understand how earned media works in these markets and have the network and instincts to move quickly.
  • Creative instincts matched by execution - you have ideas and you ship them. Neither alone is enough.
  • Strong writing - you can translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling stories.
  • Self-starter energy - you operate with light direction and don't need hand-holding on the fundamentals.
  • Comfortable with data - not a data scientist, but someone who gets excited by finding an interesting angle in a dataset or using numbers to make a story land.
  • Bonus: experience in PLG, B2B SaaS, or healthcare. Extra bonus: you can vibe-code or build light assets yourself.

Life at Corti

  • The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.
  • Strong compensation package including salary, equity options, and benefits.
