JOB TITLE: SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Communications Advisor will develop and execute internal and external communications initiatives across Asset Solutions’ global business. Day-to-day, you’ll undertake internal communications, public relations, stakeholder relations and digital communications. With a wide range of deliverables, you’ll be an enthusiastic, creative thinker, with broad experience who is looking for their next step in a fast-paced communications team in the energy sector.

- Develop and execute internal and external communications deliverables for CB&I’s Asset Solutions business.
- Curate high-quality storytelling for external channels – taking the lead from the Communications Manager to showcase key talent, project / client success stories, differentiators and other key messages across channels and mediums.
- Be an ambassador of the CB&I brand supporting online and offline advertising campaigns.
- Research opportunities to enhance CB&I’s brand reputation through international media engagement, develop content for impactful forward features and thought leadership.
- Support media relations through the execution and promotion of media activities (owned and earned) and play a supporting role in emergency response preparedness.
- Play an active role in the implementation of engaging internal communications (across various channels and events) and developing supporting content (across a variety of mediums) aligned with team and business objectives.
- Working with US and UK-based team members, contribute to the development and regular updating of Group-wide channels, communications campaigns, programs, initiatives and toolkits; including as an author of Asset Solutions content.
- Support functional communications and campaign support for regional/Asset Solutions HR and HSE – tailoring corporate content as necessary.
- Monitor and report the impact of communications efforts, through data and feedback insights, and recommend ongoing improvements.
- Own and develop day-to-day automated relevant Asset Solutions news reporting and sharing.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proven communications experience in an in-house or agency role demonstrating a varied portfolio of completed work.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the energy sector.
- Confidence in collaborating and engaging effectively with key stakeholders.
- Skilled, creative thinker with fresh perspective in writing and content development.
- Awareness of the media landscape of the UK and beyond.
- Experience with B2B social media management and content management systems.
- Team player who covers and supports peers in the team as required.
- Ability to work effectively under challenging deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reports to: Communications Manager.
