The Role
We're seeking a Senior Communications Business Partner to serve as the strategic communications advisor to one of Temenos’ most critical business functions, partnering closely with the Chief Officer and their leadership team.
You will shape the function’s:
- Communications strategy
- Narrative and leadership communications
- Alignment of functional priorities with broader company strategy
You’ll help leaders communicate vision, priorities, and impact effectively across internal and external audiences.
This role is part of Temenos’ central Corporate Communications team, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Communications, and represents a high-impact opportunity for a senior communications leader with:
- Sharp business judgement

Key Opportunities & Responsibilities
Executive Communications & Strategic Counsel
- Lead communications strategy and execution for key executive moments, including:
- Town halls
- Transformation initiatives
- Organizational announcements
- Keynote presentations
- Social media activity
- Develop executive messaging and thought leadership content for internal & external audiences
- Provide strategic counsel on high-profile, sensitive, or complex communications
Functional Communications & Leadership Alignment
- Develop and execute communications plans supporting business objectives to build understanding of functional priorities and progress
- Create communication frameworks and cascades ensuring consistent messaging across the function
- Strengthen communication effectiveness through insights and feedback
Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Collaborate with Internal Communications, PR, Social Media, Content, Digital & Brand, Product Marketing, and People teams
- Deliver integrated communications maximizing impact across channels and audiences
Essential Skills & Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in:
- Executive communications
- Corporate, internal, or strategic communications
- Proven ability to support C-suite executives and senior leadership teams
- Expertise in developing communications strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational change
- Preferred: Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or product-led companies

- Close collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, or Technology teams
- Ability to simplify complex strategies, innovation programs, and technical concepts into clear business narratives
