About The Role

The Senior Communications Manager will lead and deliver high quality internal and external communications across EMEA and the Americas, ensuring clarity, consistency, and cultural alignment during a period of organizational change, regional integration, and increased leadership visibility.

The role will act as the regional communications lead, closely aligned to global messaging and standards, while providing senior, trusted communications support to leaders in the region.

Key Responsibilities Include

External Communications

  • Act as the regional press office lead for EMEA and the Americas, with a primary focus on the UK market and supporting global media office management and monitoring.
  • Manage proactive and reactive media engagement in partnership with the Global media team and local PR agencies as required.
  • Provide reputation counsel to in-market teams on emerging issues and marketing campaigns and launches, in line with Vinarchy’s Global Marketing code.
  • Ensure strong alignment between corporate, brand, and regional messaging.

Internal Communications

  • Own and deliver EMEA & Americas internal communications, aligned to global strategy, tone, and channel standards.
  • Lead local news generation and storytelling, ensuring key milestones, launches, and business updates are captured and visible.
  • Manage regional channel execution (intranet, email, newsletters, town halls) in line with the agreed channel strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
