Global Compensation Senior Analyst

£75,000 + Bonus
Remote (UK) Occasional London Travel

Are you a compensation professional looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact on a global scale without sacrificing flexibility? We're partnering with a leading international organisation to appoint a Global Compensation Senior Analyst into its evolving Total Rewards team. This is a unique opportunity to join during a significant period of reward transformation, helping to design and embed global compensation frameworks that will support a diverse workforce across multiple regions.

The Role

Reporting into the Global Reward function, you will play a key role in shaping compensation strategy and supporting a variety of high-profile reward initiatives.

This is a broad and varied role with exposure to:

  • Global Job Architecture and grading frameworks
  • Salary benchmarking and market pricing
  • Pay range design and management
  • Annual salary review and compensation processes
  • Pay equity analysis and reporting
  • Compensation governance and policy creation
  • Reward transformation projects
  • Workday compensation processes and enhancements

You will work closely with HR, Finance, HRIS and senior business stakeholders, translating data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of a global Job Architecture framework.
  • Lead compensation benchmarking activities and salary survey participation.
  • Create and maintain salary ranges that support consistent and competitive pay decisions.
  • Conduct market competitiveness and pay equity analyses.
  • Support annual compensation review processes, including future incentive programmes.
  • Partner with HRIS teams to optimise compensation processes and Workday functionality.
  • Develop reward policies, guidance materials and training resources.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic workforce decisions.

About You

We are keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Strong compensation experience within a large, global matrix organisation
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Experience of salary benchmarking and compensation surveys.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture or pay grading methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience using Workday Compensation would be highly advantageous. Exposure to global compensation programmes and frameworks would be beneficial.
