An established global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its growing UK & European arm.

Known for its collaborative culture and strong governance framework, the business operates across multiple jurisdictions and is focused on delivering competitive, compliant and well-structured compensation and benefits offerings across its international workforce.

Role Overview

Working within a high-performing HR team, you will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of reward across a number of European markets, with particular responsibility for the oversight and development of employee benefits programmes.

  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of core processes including annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, job architecture, and the design, implementation, and ongoing management of benefits provision.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Compensation & Benefits gained within an international organisation, ideally within financial services.
  • Solid understanding of UK and European reward structures and regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing multi-country programmes.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with Workday and WTW GGS.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders at a range of levels.
