About the Role
As a seasoned Complex Project Manager for Enterprise Transformation, you will manage IBM's most complex programs and projects, delivering successful solutions for intricate IT, business, and client requirements. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations regarding IBM team operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage Client Relationships:
- Build partnerships with clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations
- Ensure client needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requirements and expectations

Requirements
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Expertise

Deep Expertise in Project Management:
- Proven track record managing complex programs and projects
- Experience with intricate IT, business, and client requirements
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and emerging technologies

Experience in Contract Management:
- Skills in managing contractual costs, schedules, and deliverables
- Familiarity with contract profitability and growth opportunities

Proficiency in IPPF Tool:
- Expertise in using IPPF tool for costs and invoices (aligned with contract delivery milestones)
- Ability to accurately track and manage project expenses

Business Acumen:
- Experience analyzing business and IT challenges
- Ability to apply strategic innovative thinking and advise on large or complex engagements

Global Program Management:
- Experience managing large, complex, and global programs
- Ability to negotiate at high levels and communicate effectively with executives
