Eames Consulting are partnered with a Global Asset Manager ($700bil+ AUM) to appoint a Senior Compliance Analyst into the Real Asset and Private Markets Compliance Division.
The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with investment, distribution and business teams, providing practical compliance advice that supports the launch, management and growth of real estate and real assets investment strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the business navigate an evolving regulatory environment while supporting commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day compliance advice to investment and business stakeholders across EMEA.
- Partner with teams involved in product development, fund management and distribution to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded into business activities.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks, escalating issues where appropriate and supporting effective risk management.
- Assist with regulatory change projects and advise the business on the impact of new and evolving regulations.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of the compliance framework, policies and procedures.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions to business stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and contribute to strategic initiatives from a compliance perspective.

About You
- Experience in a compliance role within asset management or investment management.
- Exposure to real estate, infrastructure or other real assets investment products would be highly advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of UK and European financial services regulation.
- Familiarity with regulations such as AIFMD, MiFID II, Market Abuse Regulation, cross-border marketing requirements and ESG-related regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply regulatory requirements in a commercial, pragmatic way.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior business leaders.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to continuously develop technical regulatory knowledge.
