Senior Compliance Analyst: US Law Firm
Farringdon
Up to £70,000
A leading US law firm is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join a well-established compliance function in its Farringdon office. You will sit within a busy team made up of Compliance Analysts, a Compliance Manager, Compliance Lawyers, and the Compliance Director, with day-to-day responsibility for the AML function alongside broader involvement across the wider compliance team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Day-to-day execution of the AML function, including client and matter risk assessments
- Working with the wider Compliance Team on a broad range of issues and projects
- Liaising with Compliance Analysts, the Compliance Manager, Compliance Lawyers, and the Compliance Director on AML processes and controls
- Supporting the firm's approach to due diligence, conflicts, and regulatory compliance more broadly
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of AML policies and procedures

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
- Solid experience in an AML or compliance role, ideally gained within a law firm or other regulated business
- Strong working knowledge of AML regulations and client due diligence requirements
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Confidence working as part of a wider team and communicating across all levels
- Strong organizational skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
