Overview
At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Senior Compliance Business Partner to join our team. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping us maintain the highest standards of compliance and risk management. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice and ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations while supporting our business goals. How You'll Make An Impact
As a Senior Compliance Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, helping them balance commercial opportunities with compliance risks. You’ll provide expert guidance on regulatory matters, ensuring our policies and practices align with the latest standards. By leading compliance projects and monitoring regulatory changes, you’ll play a key role in embedding professional standards across the organisation.
You’ll also lead and develop a talented team, mentoring and coaching them to achieve their best. This involves:
- Delivering training and awareness initiatives
- Preparing governance reports for senior management
- Supporting mergers and acquisitions efforts
- Helping uphold Gallagher’s reputation for excellence and integrity

Key Responsibilities
- Advising on compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Supporting the business in managing compliance risks
- Leading conduct training and awareness initiatives
- Preparing high-quality governance reports for senior management
- Supporting regulatory change and integration projects
About You
We’re looking for candidates who can bring the following to the role:
- A deep understanding of the London Market and MGA sector
- Strong knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules and their application to insurance brokers
- Experience preparing governance reports and collaborating with senior leaders
- Ability to explain complex compliance issues in simple terms across different audiences
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach to achieving business outcomes
- Leadership skills to mentor, develop, and coach a high-performing team
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and a commitment to ethical best practices
