We are recruiting for a well-established regulatory compliance consultancy firm looking to recruit a Compliance Consultant to join their business, focusing on Digital Finance clients.
Candidates will have Compliance experience gained in payments, e-money, crypto-assets, professional compliance services, or regulatory services.
Job Requirements:
- Own and develop a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring consistently high service standards
- Deliver against contractual scope and FCA regulatory obligations, including compliance monitoring reviews and formal reporting
- Support clients on FCA periodic returns, authorisation applications, permission variations, and changes of control or legal status
- Act as Subject Matter Leader on designated topics — providing technical guidance, identifying commercial opportunities, and shaping consulting methodology
- Produce compliance documentation, regulatory updates, and thought leadership content for clients and the wider market
- Research technical issues and share outputs with colleagues and clients as directed
- Ensure all client-facing materials use approved, current versions
