Job Description

Your Role

Are you ready to combine deep investment expertise with client engagement?

At Invesco, we're looking for a Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to join our ETF Compliance Advisory team in London!

In this highly visible role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our EMEA ETF business, providing practical, risk-based compliance guidance across the full product lifecycle, from new product launches and regulatory change initiatives to the ongoing development of our existing ETF range. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Product, Distribution, and Investments to support one of the industry's most dynamic and fast-growing product segments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF Business, building strong relationships and providing timely, commercially minded compliance guidance.
  • Review new product proposals and support product launches by identifying and advising on relevant compliance and regulatory considerations.
  • Advise on changes to existing ETF products, including product governance requirements and regulatory implications.
  • Review investor-facing materials, including PRIIPs KIDs and other product documentation, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments impacting the ETF industry and provide clear, actionable guidance to business stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of regulatory changes and contribute to business readiness initiatives.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on regulatory developments, emerging risks, and compliance best practices.
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and key business stakeholders to promote effective risk management and a strong culture of compliance.
  • Champion fair customer outcomes, sound governance practices, and effective management of conflicts of interest.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
