Compliance Advisory Manager – Financial Promotions & Marketing Compliance
London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | £90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
A leading global financial services business is looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Advisory Manager to join its UK Compliance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Promotions professional who enjoys working closely with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams, helping launch innovative investment products while ensuring communications remain compliant with FCA requirements. This is a commercially focused advisory role where you'll be expected to enable the business rather than simply police it.

- Review and approve Financial Promotions across digital, social media, websites, email, print and broader marketing channels.
- Advise on new product launches and strategic business initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams throughout campaign development.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused compliance advice.
- Deliver Financial Promotions training and coaching to business stakeholders.
- Support improvements to Financial Promotions governance and approval processes.
- Help develop a stronger first-line approval culture across the business.
About You
We're looking for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent commercial judgement.

You'll ideally have:
- 8+ years' Financial Promotions experience within an FCA regulated financial services business.
- Excellent knowledge of FCA Financial Promotions rules, Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk.
- Experience working alongside Marketing and Product teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to challenge while supporting commercial growth.
Experience within online trading, investment platforms, brokerage or wider investment products would be highly advantageous, although candidates from broader banking or wealth management environments with significant Financial Promotions experience will also be considered.
