Your new role
Reporting into the Compliance Director, you will play a key role in delivering the organisation's compliance strategy and supporting the integration of acquired businesses into a consistent risk and governance framework. This is a highly visible position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence regulatory and risk management practices across the wider business.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- At least five years' UK regulatory experience gained within professional services, legal, accountancy, or a regulatory environment.
- Strong knowledge of AML, CDD, anti-bribery and corruption, and data protection requirements.
- Experience supporting risk governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to compliance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in regulatory developments and best practice.
