Senior Compliance Manager (Head of Compliance)

We’re partnering with a leading, highly regulated financial services organisation to hire a Senior Compliance Manager into a key advisory role within their growing compliance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to step into a high-impact, business-facing position, working closely with senior stakeholders on complex regulatory matters.
As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing expert guidance on FCA regulation and helping to drive strong compliance and customer outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in:
- Interpreting and advising on FCA regulations and emerging regulatory developments
- Supporting and enhancing compliance frameworks, policies, and controls
- Conducting compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews
- Providing compliance input into strategic initiatives and change programmes
- Challenging and influencing business decisions to ensure effective risk management
- Producing clear and insightful compliance reporting for senior stakeholders

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulation and regulatory frameworks
- Experience providing compliance advisory support within financial services
- A background in compliance monitoring, risk assessment, or regulatory change
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge
- The ability to interpret complex regulation and apply it pragmatically
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
