Senior Compliance Officer
Our client, a global trading firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join their office in London, taking ownership of trade reporting and playing a key role in strengthening the compliance function.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to progress towards an SMF16/17 role within the next couple of years.

- Owning and overseeing trade reporting across the business
- Supporting regulatory monitoring and market surveillance activity
- Work with tools such as SteelEye (or similar systems)
- Helping improve compliance processes and internal controls
- Supporting and developing junior team members
You will need to have the following:
- 7–10 years’ compliance experience in financial services or trading
- Strong knowledge of trade reporting requirements
- Experience with market surveillance tools (e.g. SteelEye or equivalent)
- Strong communicator with leadership potential
- Futures/derivatives experience preferred
- LME experience is a plus, not essential
